Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — free of odors, stains, or signs of use. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to process a return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@irieswag.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a new order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue store credit or a refund to your original payment method, and you can place a new order for the correct size or style. This ensures you get the fastest possible turnaround.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale pricing, bundle discounts, and clearance items fall under this policy. We clearly mark final sale items on the product page before checkout.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
